Staff Admin Code of Conduct

Admin Rules / Front-of-House

• Confidentiality: Do not leak any city updates or internal team information under any circumstances.
• Do not grant Admin rank to anyone who is not an Admin.
• Do not spawn vehicles that don't exist in the country or vehicle shops.
• Spawning Guidelines: Do not spawn money into your own account. Spawning is only for events or in-city compensation.
• Do not spoil any story under any circumstances / Do not reveal the location of individuals or guilds to citizens.
• Do not lend items to citizens, even if they are friends or acquaintances, even if the items were farmed personally.
• Do not harm citizens — except when intervening to resolve incidents or dealing with rule-breakers.
• HUD menu may only be used for events or helping players stuck due to map bugs. Not for personal use.
• Speak politely and respectfully to citizens. No demeaning or harsh language.
• Do not spawn any weapons, guns, or explosives for personal use. Only for special cases such as dealing with griefers.
• Do not frequently hang around any specific guild or stay too long with one. You may be with agencies.
• Do not spawn items for players under any circumstances, except for compensation.
• Admins must not have personal relationships with players in any form — whether family-like or otherwise. No favoritism or carrying players outside of work duties.

Note: All Staff Admin must follow these rules to ensure citizens feel comfortable with the administration and service.
