Prohibited Actions in the Server
Strict Rules and Severe Penalties
Intentionally entering to troll, disrupt, use hacks, or any action that causes negative impacts on the server.
Strictly prohibited to use any cheat programs, file modifications of any kind, or the actions listed below:
- Causing high ping
- Cutting the internet connection
- Emote 2 without apologizing
- Strictly prohibited to use the weapon switch bug to emote.
Penalty : Yellow Card 🟨

Strictly prohibited to buy or sell the server's whitelist under any circumstances.
Strictly prohibited to mention, promote, or invite players to other servers, both inside and outside the server.
Strictly prohibited to exploit any loopholes in the server, whether it's a bug or uncomprehensive rules. If players encounter a loophole, report it to the staff immediately so it can be fixed. If a citizen discovers and uses it for personal gain or causes harm to other players or the server, they will be penalized immediately.

Strictly prohibited to use system bugs or loopholes for individual or group benefits.
Strictly prohibited to use bugs or Emotes to escape the fish tank (jail) before the time expires.
Strictly prohibited to use bugs or Emotes to escape the large prison, unless assisted by an outsider.
Strictly prohibited to challenge cards (penalties) from other players or Staff Admins, or threaten to issue cards to other players.
Strictly prohibited to cause drama, speak, or act in a way that severely impacts the server or other players.
Social Behavior and Toxicity
Strictly prohibited to speak, act, or behave in a way that constitutes "Sexual Harassment", including the use of obscene Emotes, gestures, or teabagging corpses.
Strictly prohibited to be Toxic or Bully in any form. Exceptions are made for common slang/curse words (e.g., Kuay, Ai-hia, Ai-sud, Ai-kuay, Ai-kwai, E-hia, E-sud, E-kwai).

Strictly prohibited to impersonate a Guild/Family/Agency/Admin or wear the uniforms of a Guild/Family/Agency/Admin.
Strictly prohibited to bring any server activities into a city story. If there is a problem or a rule-breaker, notify the Staff Admin team.
Rules During a Story (Roleplay)
Strictly prohibited to physically assault other players in a Safe Zone or while they are AFK.
Strictly prohibited to assault city medic agencies while they are on duty (including stealing bodies from medics).
Strictly prohibited to steal medic agency vehicles (excluding Special Duty Agent vehicles).
Strictly prohibited to wear patient gowns, mascot suits, or body bag suits into any activities or stories.
Strictly prohibited to attack/kill other players while they are loading in or just entered the server, as well as using a bail card on the opposing party and stabbing them at the exit.
If you have an active story with an opposing party, the opposing party has a 5-minute cooldown to prepare.
- Strictly prohibited to carry someone who is not unconscious or to use a skateboard during any type of story.
Penalty : Depends on severity. Minimum $50,000/$100,000/$150,000, Maximum Yellow Card

Strictly prohibited to intentionally knock someone out and revive them while arm-locked; use a Lockpick to release them only.
Strictly prohibited to enter AFK Training, Sky Island, or Hunting Island if you have an active story, unless both parties agree.
Strictly prohibited to impound (Despawn) a vehicle or let it disconnect during a story.
- After a server restart.
- If the vehicle is not seen being used.
- The opposing side allows it to be impounded.
- The vehicle owner posts on Twitter searching for the vehicle and receives no reply within 20 minutes; then it can be impounded.
Note: Impounding a vehicle is only allowed if the vehicle we disconnected or lost was stolen for more than 20 minutes, and after checking, there is no response from anyone. Except for server restarts, where it can be impounded immediately.

- Strictly prohibited to push a car (Shift+E) while in an active story (Unless the opposing side or police permit it).
Penalty : Fine $100,000 per person

- Strictly prohibited to use any type of vehicle whose tires cannot be popped during illegal jobs, including parachutes/skateboards/boats/helicopters and airplanes.
Penalty : Fine $50,000

Strictly prohibited to use money transfers or request to carry someone to check the Name/ID of other players under any circumstances.
Strictly prohibited to intentionally or attempt to knock yourself out, causing chaos/confusion for the agencies or citizens in the server.
General Prohibitions and Dress Code
- Strictly prohibited to use Emotes to exploit bugs.
Penalty : Fine $50,000 IC per person [ Staff Admin's decision is final ]
Strictly prohibited to use props/Emotes/clothing or anything else to conceal a weapon held in hand while initiating or playing a main story.
Strictly prohibited for players to have armor/AED/bandages exceeding the inventory limit.
Strictly prohibited to boost your microphone too loud or adjust it louder than normal.
Penalty : Fine $100,000

- Strictly prohibited for female characters to wear high heels during any activities and stories.
The staff team can issue cards (penalties) for any rule violation if deemed appropriate, frequently violated, or severe, at the staff team's discretion.
