How to Create a Vehicle Rental Contract
Vehicle rental contracts can be purchased from the NPC in front of the Police Station.
- The renter and owner must stand close together. The owner uses the vehicle rental contract and selects the vehicle to rent.
- Search for the renter's ID > Select rental duration (in hours) > Enter rental price > Check the confirmation box and click "Confirm Rental" > Wait for the renter to review details and accept.
- Renter reviews rental details > Selects payment method > Clicks accept.
Note: When the rental period expires, the vehicle automatically returns to the owner. Both parties can check remaining time via F11 > Rent > Player Rentals. The renter can also return the vehicle early.
Buying & Selling Between Players
- A sale is when a seller provides a resource to a buyer in exchange for another resource from the buyer.
- A sale is complete only when both parties have received the agreed-upon resources.
- If condition 2 is not met but resources are returned, the sale is considered incomplete.
- If condition 2 is not met and resources are not returned, it is considered intentional fraud.
- Resources valued at 50K or below cannot be claimed through the Prime Minister's Office.
- If no resource is requested from the buyer, it is considered a loan/borrowing arrangement.
Important Warning for Vehicle Renters/Sellers
- Vehicle buyers must have the vehicle inspected by police or staff (at the Admin office) to verify it is not a rented vehicle (to avoid purchasing illegally rented vehicles). If a private sale occurs without verification and the vehicle turns out to be rented and the real owner wants it back, staff will not compensate for any losses and will immediately confiscate the vehicle.
Lending or Borrowing Consumable Resources
- Consumable resources are items with limited quantities/expiration. The borrower must return the same type, quantity, or kind of resource.
- If no return deadline is set, the lender may request return within a reasonable time.
- Borrowed consumable items valued at less than 300K cannot be claimed.
- Debt repayment is calculated at market value at the time of lending, not current value.
- If the borrower has no intention to repay or cannot repay within the deadline, assets of similar value may be collected instead, with a maximum of 20% additional value added.
- If the lender cannot contact the borrower for 7 days from the last payment or contact, assets may be reclaimed or fines imposed through the Prime Minister's Office.
