Safe Zone Areas During Storylines
Safe Zone areas are areas where criminal activities are prohibited — such as robbery, killing, assault, drug selling, or kidnapping. However, vehicle theft, stealing from vehicle trunks, and continuous storylines are allowed. For example:
- Mr. A discovers Mr. B breaking into a vehicle. Mr. A can attack immediately, and Mr. B can retrieve a vehicle and flee
- Or guild members chasing each other from outside and hiding in a Safe Zone — the pursuer can still stab them
Safe Zone areas are:
- Economy (within the fence)
- Training area
- Activity points
- New player spawn point
- Hospital, Mechanic Garage, Police Station
- AFK
- Plaza
- Agent
Note: If you have a storyline and stay in a Safe Zone area for more than 10 minutes

Definition of "Storyline"
A storyline is an event involving more than 1 person during a specific time period with a clear narrative. For example:
- Mr. A and Mr. B standing and arguing or insulting each other — this counts as a storyline that has already begun
- Mr. A goes to steal cement, wire, or other items — this counts as having a storyline with the police agency
Storylines may occur at any time while players are playing. However, whether it is considered official depends on whether the Prime Minister's office has been notified and an announcement has been made.
