Blacklist Context
Blacklisting occurs only after a player refuses to pay fines or fails to comply with medic agency warnings. The severity or value of the Blacklist is at the discretion of the medic agency personnel present at the incident.
Blacklist Scope
If the person to be Blacklisted is a member of a family or guild and clearly wearing identifiable group attire but the medic cannot identify the individual, the medic will collect evidence, document the description, and Blacklist the guild/family until the person contacts them to resolve or their identity is reported.
Fine Payment: Blacklist fines must be paid in cash only — no billing.
