REBEL Zone

1. The Rebel Zone is a lawless area. Violations committed within the Rebel Zone are not considered illegal — neither by police nor by the Agent agency.
2. When dragging into the Rebel Zone (not a kidnapping story) to initiate a story, you must drag for a full 10 minutes, and there must be at least 10 police officers and 9 medics online. If agency numbers are insufficient, no fight story with police can occur.

Note: If you haven't completed the 10-minute drag into Rebel, you can drive around the Rebel zone border. If police ram you into the Rebel zone, you must exit immediately.

Penalty: Fine 500K, maximum Yellow Card 🟨

The Rebel Zone is a "lawless" area — but NOT a "ruleless" area. All country rules still fully apply with no exceptions. If a player violates country rules within the Rebel Zone (e.g., Toxic behavior), they will still be penalized according to the corresponding country rule.
