Prohibited Actions in the Country
Critical Rules and Severe Penalties
Intentionally entering to grief, disrupt, or use cheats — or any action causing harm to the country.
Do not use cheat programs or modify any game files, including the following:
- Intentionally causing high ping
- Disconnecting internet
- Emote-canceling twice without apologizing
- Do not use weapon swap bugs for Emote exploits
Penalty: Yellow Card 🟨

Do not buy or sell server Whitelist access under any circumstances.
Do not mention, promote, or recruit for other servers — both in-country and outside.
Do not exploit any loopholes in the country — whether bugs or uncovered rule gaps. If you find one, report it to staff immediately so they can fix it. Using loopholes for personal benefit or causing harm to other players or the country is an immediate violation.
Penalty: At the discretion of the Staff Admin team

Do not exploit bugs or system loopholes for personal or group benefit.
Do not use bugs or Emotes to escape the fish tank outside of normal timer expiration.
Do not use bugs or Emotes to escape the main prison unless rescued by an outsider.
Do not provoke or challenge other players or Staff Admin for cards, or threaten to card other players.
Do not cause drama — speech or actions that seriously harm the country or other players.
Social Behavior and Toxicity
Do not engage in speech, actions, or behavior that constitutes "Sexual Harassment" — including using obscene or vulgar Emotes/gestures, as well as corpse teabagging.
Do not be Toxic or Bully in any form. Exceptions are common swear words like: ควย (dick), ไอเหี้ย (damn), ไอสัส (bastard), ไอควย, ไอควาย (buffalo), อีเหี้ย, อีสัส, อีควาย.

Do not impersonate being a member of a Guild / Family / Agency / Admin — or wear their uniforms.
Do not turn any in-country events into in-city stories/RP. If issues arise, report to Staff Admin.
Rules During Roleplay/Story
Do not harm other players in Safe Zones or while AFK.
Do not harm medic agency personnel while they are on duty (including stealing corpses from medics).
Do not steal medic agency vehicles (not special Agent duty uniforms).
Do not wear patient gowns, mascot costumes, or body bags during any activity or story.
Do not harm/kill other players while warping or just joining the server, and do not use bail tickets then stab someone at the exit.
If you have an ongoing story with the opposing party, they get a 5-minute cooldown to prepare.
- Do not carry conscious players or use skateboards during any active story/RP.
Penalty: Depending on severity — minimum 100K/200K/300K, maximum Yellow Card

Do not intentionally knock yourself out then revive while handcuffed — use Lockpick only to remove handcuffs.
Do not enter Training, AFK on floating islands, or hunting islands during an active story (unless both parties agree).
Do not impound vehicles lost during story/RP. You may only impound if:
- After a server restart
- The vehicle hasn't been seen in use
- The other side allows it
- The vehicle owner posts on Twitter looking for the vehicle with no response within 20 minutes
Note: You may only impound a vehicle if it has been lost/stolen for over 20 minutes with no response from anyone after verification. Exception: vehicles may be impounded immediately after a server restart.

- Do not push vehicles (Shift+E) during an active story/RP (unless permitted by the opposing side or police).

- Do not use any vehicle whose tires cannot be shot for illegal activities — including parachutes, skateboards, boats, helicopters, and aircraft.
Penalty: Fine 100K

Do not use money transfers or carry requests to check other players' names/IDs under any circumstances.
Do not intentionally knock yourself out causing chaos/confusion for agencies or citizens.
General Prohibitions and Dress Code
- Do not use Emotes to exploit bugs.
Penalty: Fine 100K IC per person

Do not use props/Emotes/clothing to conceal weapons you're holding during an active story or main storyline.
Do not carry excess armor/AED/bandages beyond the item limit.
Do not boost your microphone volume excessively or modify your mic to be louder than normal.

- Do not have female characters wear high heels during any activity or story.
Staff may issue cards/penalties for any rule if deemed appropriate — based on frequency, severity, and staff discretion.
