Suspicious Characters

Rules and Regulations for Fair Play and Player Equality

  1. Internet Connection & High Ping Issues

    • Players must ensure their internet connection is stable with low latency (low ping) for a good and fair gaming experience.
    • Players are prohibited from intentionally increasing their ping — such as using programs or methods that cause connection delays to gain competitive advantages (e.g., characters moving abnormally or becoming difficult to hit).
    • If a player is found to have high ping that impacts others' gameplay — such as abnormal movement or unfair advantages — they may be warned and fined.
    • If evidence shows a player's character warping, appearing dead then standing back up to fight, or hitting opponents who can't see the attacks — the player may be warned and fined.
  2. Cheating Software

    • Using any program or software that provides unfair advantages is prohibited, including unauthorized game file modifications.
    • If detected, the player's account will be permanently banned.
    • If suspicious programs are found open before or after launching FiveM, it counts as a violation if the program's legitimacy cannot be verified.

Reporting Process:

  1. For suspicious character behavior (warping, visual inconsistency) — submit evidence/screenshots immediately after the incident occurs. If not submitted or submitted too late, staff will dismiss the case as the opposing party may have deleted proof or the cause cannot be verified.
  2. For suspected use of risky or cheating programs — report as quickly as possible to prevent the opposing party from deleting data or restarting their computer.

Investigation Process:

  1. Upon receiving a report, staff (Admin) will do a preliminary check on whether the character is behaving abnormally.
  2. If abnormal but not severe or clearly suggesting cheat software, Admin will record the name as a suspected player and may issue preliminary fines.
  3. If clearly and obviously abnormal, staff will proceed with a full game integrity check (machine check).

Note: If staff randomly selects from the suspect list and finds abnormalities, they have the right to conduct a full check as well.

Note: These rules are effective the moment you log into the game. Any violation constitutes acceptance of the prescribed penalties. Staff has absolute authority in determining checks and penalties for confirmed offenders.

Notice:

If there is an active story/RP and a report is filed, if staff investigates and requires a full game integrity check (machine check) and no violations are found — the reporting player will be penalized with a loss in the ongoing story (to protect the rights of the investigated player).

General Penalties:

1st offense: Warning + 200K fine

2nd offense: 500K fine

3rd offense: 1M fine

4th offense: Yellow Card 🟨

Maximum: 14-day Whitelist suspension
