Passion Community Server Rules
Staff may issue cards/penalties for any rule if deemed appropriate — based on frequency, severity, and staff discretion.
Rules on Real-Money Trading (RMT)
To maintain social order within the server, the team has established the following rules regarding buying, selling, or trading in-game items, assets, or money using "Real Money" (Outside Money):
1. Prohibitions in Public Server Spaces
- Do not announce real-money trades via covered areas: Players are strictly prohibited from posting buy/sell offers or typing messages implying real-money trading in public spaces.
- Covered areas include: In-game Chat, in-game public announcement systems (e.g., Twitter/in-game mobile announcements), and the Main Country Discord.
Penalty: At the discretion of the Staff Admin team
[All Staff Admin decisions are final]
2. Policy for Off-Platform Trading
- The team is not involved in external transactions: Players may post buy/sell offers on external platforms not associated with the server (e.g., general Facebook groups, other Discords, or private chats) at their own convenience.
- Players bear their own risks: In the event of fraud, scamming, or being cheated from real-money transactions outside the platform, the team will not intervene, will not accept reports, and will not be responsible for any damages under any circumstances.
Note: This rule is established to prevent chaos and fraud within the server's public spaces. Please thoroughly check the other party's credit if you decide to trade with real money outside the game.
Anti-Fraud Rules Within the Server (Scamming Money / Items / Vehicles)
- Absolutely no fraudulent behavior: Players are not allowed to deceive, defraud, or "scam" other players' in-game assets under any circumstances, whether it is IC Money, items, or vehicles.
- Covers all breaches of agreement: This includes agreeing to an in-game trade/exchange and not following through, tricking someone into transferring money/items and fleeing, or borrowing assets with the intent to run away with them.
Penalty: Whitelist suspension
[All Staff Admin decisions are final]
Player Protection via External Media Platforms
The Passion Community does not support and does not allow any player or user to take stories/incidents that occurred in-country (IC) and continue them outside, or to threaten the real-life existence of the opposing party (who is not a fictional character). Especially in a manner that may negatively impact the image of the country or the individuals using the service.
Penalty: Ranging from Warning / Fine / Card issuance, or both Card and Fine (Depending on staff discretion and the post's content).
[ Examples of Violations ]
- Posting / commenting on incidents by referencing or mentioning the OOC (Out of Character) information of the roleplayer, such as their real name Mr./Ms. ..., workplace, etc.
- Sending private messages to the opposing party's roleplay page or platform (Facebook / TikTok / IG roleplay profiles) with chat content that constitutes harassment / threats / insults or sarcasm towards the user or the user's real life (not the fictional character).
- Sending private messages to the opposing party's real-life page or platform with chat content that constitutes harassment / threats / insults or sarcasm.
- Expressing negative comments about in-country problems in public spaces such as Discord chat rooms, personal Facebook, TikTok, etc.
[ Exceptions or Special Cases ]
Accusations within Roleplay
If an individual is referenced or accused via any channel or platform using ugly or socially unacceptable content — that is NOT normal back-and-forth arguing — such as racism, regional discrimination / sexual harassment / harassment using unacceptably ugly words or content / challenging to meet or fight in the real world.
[ In these cases, the team may consider it a violation, depending on staff discretion and post content. ]
Scope for Close Acquaintances
If the opposing party is a family member / friend / acquaintance who has previously associated in real life, the team will not be responsible. However, if there is a legal dispute, the Passion Community is willing to provide all information required by the court or lawyers.
Distinguishing Real-Life Profiles
- Must not have photos related to the fictional character making up more than half of their real-life photos.
- Profile name must not be the roleplay character's name.
- Has a date of birth matching their ID card database.
- Has friends or interactions with real-life content or individuals, not just the virtual world.
Penalties for Violators
Penalty
- Fine 💰 200,000 IC
- Yellow Card 🟨 : Sending private messages with harassing / threatening / insulting or sarcastic content to the opposing party (No content related to the user's real life).
- Orange Card 🟧 : Using ugly or socially unacceptable content (No content related to the user's real life).
- Red Card 🟥 : Using the user's real-life information or messaging their real-life platforms (non-roleplay) violating the above rules.
- Maximum Penalty 🚫 The violator will be permanently banned from the server and may face legal action as prescribed by law.
Stream Sniping
The context of Stream Sniping here means the opposing party (not your own side) watching a stream while there is any ongoing story — regardless of whether that information is brought into IC or not.
Note
- The person reporting must be the channel owner only.
- If it's your own guild, it will be considered MG or PG, or both, instead.
- If a person not involved in the story takes the information and tells either side, it is also considered stream sniping.
Penalty: Red Card 🟥
Multi ID
1 User can only have or play ONE character. If violated or under these conditions:
- If you have multiple characters or IDs, the remaining IDs (except the main one) will be deleted by the Prime Minister and not allowed back in (Character reset + ID ban).
- If you have more than 3 characters, the user will be suspended from the service under the reasoning of intentionally exploiting loopholes for personal or group benefit.
- If it is discovered that you are playing someone else's character, for example: Mr. A gives his login details to Mr. B to play during an active story, and is caught or reported with evidence. Mr. A's character will be reset, and if the team finds Mr. B has a character in the city, he will face the same penalty.
Exceptions regarding Multi ID or MG
- If players live in the same house and there is no active story occurring, another person or relative is allowed to roleplay the character temporarily, provided no one is harmed or bothered by the action.
- If you are a couple or live in the same house, and an audio leak from a nearby person occurs during a story, you will receive an MG penalty. Therefore, players living in the same house must accept this risk and not take advantage of other players.
In Character - IC
Conversations or actions taken while living the life of your fictional character, entirely separate from the player's real life. These words and actions belong only to the in-game character.
Out Of Character - OOC
Things outside your character's role — simply put, you yourself or the game system. You cannot mix OOC with IC, starting from out-of-game emotions (e.g., hating someone in real life so you kill them in-game) to using information that benefits you. Players should avoid using OOC as much as possible.
- Exception: When the Prime Minister, God, or Admin comes in to ask about out-of-game matters.
- If it is necessary to speak OC, you must ask permission from other players first and try to talk in a place with no outsiders.
Penalty
Depends on the Staff Admin team's discretion [Staff Admin decisions are final]
Retaliatory Rule Violation
If someone breaks a country rule against another party, and the victim retaliates by also breaking a rule, both parties will receive reduced penalties from those stipulated in the staff rules.
Example:
- Player A toxically insults Player B with impolite words.
- Player B toxically insults Player A back with impolite words.
- Both Player A and Player B will receive reduced penalties at the discretion of the Staff Admin team.
Character Name
- Players must name their characters realistically and matching their role.
- For example, if your character is named Carter Williams and is an African-American, your character model must match.
- Players cannot use the names of famous individuals.
- Examples: Vin Diesel, Prayut Chan-o-cha.
- You may use similar-sounding names.
- Players cannot use names that are derogatory, racist, or harass other players.

- Roleplaying with unrealistic powers.

Penalty
Minimum Yellow Card 🟨, Maximum Orange Card 🟧 [Staff Admin decisions are final]
MetaGaming [ MG ]
Bringing or receiving out-of-game information (OOC) into the game (IC) for the benefit of oneself or others, or mixing it with the character currently roleplaying without a storyline. Examples include:
- Using out-of-game communication programs (Teamspeak, Discord) to communicate for an advantage.
- Stream Sniping: secretly watching someone who is livestreaming.
- Exploiting the chat box and mixing it with your roleplay character.
- Failing to separate real life from the game or mixing real-life issues with your character.
Penalty
Depends on the Staff Admin team's discretion [Staff Admin decisions are final]
Deathmatching
Killing or harming another player without a roleplay reason. This has the following sub-rules:
- RevengeKill: Taking revenge. Players cannot do this, referring to the New Life Rule. If a player dies or falls unconscious, they must forget the events of the past 15 minutes. However, a player can take revenge if another player witnessed the event and tells you IC after you revive.
- Mercy Killing: A player committing suicide or intentionally getting injured to gain an advantage afterwards, whether to get a full health bar or anything else.
- Random Killing: A player killing another person without any prior story, not knowing them, and never having issues with them before.
- Spawn kill: Continuously killing someone, or spawn camping.
- When freshly entering the country or leaving prison, players cannot be attacked until their feet touch the ground for 10 seconds (unless they pull out a weapon).
Penalty
Minimum Fine 500K, Maximum Yellow Card 🟨 [Staff Admin decisions are final]
New Life Rule [ NLR ]
The rule of respawning or falling unconscious. Regardless of the case, whether a medic revives you or you respawn at the hospital, the player must forget the events of the preceding 15 minutes. However, you can remember the event if someone tells you.
Penalty
Yellow Card in all cases 🟨 [Staff Admin decisions are final]
Offensive Roleplay
Players are not allowed to roleplay disgusting roles, such as: cannibalism / rape / psychopathy, or roles that deviate excessively from societal norms, to avoid MG problems.
Penalty
Yellow Card in all cases 🟨 [Staff Admin decisions are final]
Dis out [ DO ]
When a player logs out of their role (leaves the game) to escape a crime or an ongoing story.
- Exception: Game crashes (e.g., power outage, internet disconnect). If this happens, you must inform the admin in all cases.
Penalty
Yellow Card in all cases 🟨 [Staff Admin decisions are final]
Breaking Roleplay [ BK ]
Actions that ruin the gaming atmosphere for those around you, or actions that impact the roleplay of other players, causing them to be unable to continue playing. To roleplay well, you should create a role considering others more than yourself. This rule depends on the common sense of each player.
Penalty: Depends on Staff Admin team's discretion [Staff Admin decisions are final]
Toxic Player: When a player uses words or actions that cause discomfort or trouble for others, such as using racist, insulting, rude language, or cursing parents/ancestors.
Penalty: Depends on Staff Admin team's discretion [Staff Admin decisions are final]
Combat Storing: When a player stashes valuable items, red money, illegal items, or vehicles, etc., while a story is ongoing, to prevent the other party from gaining an advantage from that event. Examples include:
- Passing items back and forth while being robbed or searched by police.
- Storing a car in the Garage right in front of the police while fleeing arrest, or while being robbed, so the police cannot search it or the robbers cannot take it.
Penalty
Minimum Yellow Card 🟨, Maximum Orange Card 🟧 [Staff Admin decisions are final]
Drive By [ DB ]
When a player intentionally drives a vehicle to crash into another party to render them unconscious or seriously injured for personal gain, whether intentional or not. If this happens during a story or while roleplaying, it is strictly prohibited.
DB Judgment Criteria
- Did the crash cause unconsciousness?
- Was there a repeated intention to crash, such as reversing to hit again, or clearly driving back to crash?
- Overall context: Did the victim lose an advantage? If considered to meet these three points, it will be considered DB.
