Guild Rules and Regulations

Establishment and Operations

  1. To establish a guild, all members must come to the Admin office and undergo a preliminary examination
  2. To establish a guild, you must submit a member list and everyone must prepare rings for guild registration according to Tier level
  3. Removing or transferring a member requires confiscating their personal ring and paying a processing fee of 500K IC
  4. If a guild is dissolved, everyone in the guild must return all guild cards within 7 days (failure to return will result in character reset)
  • All guild cards must be returned when dissolving a guild

Penalty: Character reset

  1. Adding and removing people from a guild can be done any day
  • During an active storyline, adding or removing people is not allowed

  • Must not have any active cooldowns. Leaving also incurs a cooldown. Cooldown: 7 days

  • If there is no contact or Ticket opened within 15 days:

Penalty: Yellow Card 🟨

** Note ** To join any group, the player must not already be in a group at that time

Member Count

TIER 1: Must have no fewer than 10 members

TIER 2: Must have more than 10 but no more than 15 members

TIER 3: Must have more than 15 but no more than 20 members
