Context of Blacklist

A Blacklist will only occur after a player refuses to pay a fine or does not comply with the warnings of the medic agency. The severity or value of the Blacklist is based on the diagnostic discretion of the medics present at the scene.

Scope of Blacklist

If the person to be Blacklisted by the medics is in a family or guild roster and is wearing clothing clearly identifying their group, but the medics do not know who the individual is, the medics will collect evidence and physical descriptions and Blacklist the guild and family temporarily until contact is made to request removal or the person's name is reported.

Fine Payment: Blacklist fines must be paid in cash only; no billing allowed.
