Medic Rules

Medic Duty Procedures (Guidelines)

Critical Rules and Severe Prohibitions

1. Do not use agency vehicles for personal errands under any circumstances, such as going to the Rebel base or farming. You may only enter the Rebel base if there is a case. For all personal errands, such as storing items in the Rebel stash, farming, or visiting relatives/family, you must clock out of duty first.

2. No agency personnel of any rank may leak agency information to outsiders under any circumstances, except to other agencies (only necessary information).

3. If a medic acts or speaks in a challenging, inciting, disruptive, or provocative manner, you can file a complaint against the medic in the country Discord or open a Ticket to contact the staff.

4. Once joining the agency, you must serve for at least 30 days. If you resign before the deadline, you will be fined and your character reset. If you fail to enter the country to perform duties without notifying leave for 3 consecutive days, your character will be reset and Whitelist removed.

Work Regulations and Duty Shifts

5. Medics must wear their uniform throughout their shift, except on free days (Saturday, Sunday) or medic holidays. However, even on holidays, medics must wear medic accessories that identify them as medics, such as gloves, stethoscopes, or hats.

6. Medics must always use agency vehicles while on duty. Using personal vehicles is strictly prohibited.

7. While on duty, medics must remain stationed in front of the hospital only. Relatives/family may visit at the hospital, but medics cannot leave to visit family or relatives elsewhere.

8. When on duty, medics must log into the radio (Walkie-Talkie) every time.

9. When clocking in and out, the system will automatically notify the country Discord. If your name doesn't appear, please contact the staff.

10. Medics must be on duty for at least 3 hours per day.

11. Zoning out, stepping away from the screen, or AFK must be announced on the radio every time, and is allowed for a maximum of 10 minutes. If you have an OC errand taking longer than 10 minutes, you must clock out.

12. If a medic wants to close the hospital and go off duty, or before a server restart, they must always clock out first.

13. If a medic refuses to clock out, then logs out and back into the country causing a time bug or missing welfare items, there will be no compensation in any case (Except game crashes).

Leave and Vacation

14. If you wish to take leave, notify in the leave channel in the country Discord (You can take 3 days of leave per week). If consecutive days are necessary, you must inform the Hospital Director.

15. Vacation or Long off means a 2-week leave (1 billing cycle) where you will not be seen in the city. You must always submit a leave request in Discord.

16. Taking a vacation or Long off for 2 consecutive billing cycles will result in a warning. Except in necessary cases, you must notify the Hospital Director and get permission to take a Long off or vacation exceeding 2 billing cycles.

17. Vacations or Long offs will not receive salary or bonuses at the end of the billing cycle.

Promoting Corporate Image

18. All medic agency ranks are responsible for taking care of the agency together. The hospital can organize events or promotions to sell products (Anti-stress pills) to create a good image for citizens and the public.

Accepting Cases

Critical Rules in the Area

19. Citizens who press for a case in the Dropbox will be fined 30K per person.

20. Regarding the Medic Contact Room in the country Discord, do not enter unless there is an announcement calling for you.

Situation Assessment and Duty Performance

21. Always turn on the siren when going out to receive a case or entering an area.

22. Medics refrain from taking cases 15 minutes before server restart. If there is a story during the time medics aren't taking cases, medics will take cases again after the server restarts (If a story happens 15 mins before restart, medics will not announce a cooldown and will not count any fights).

23. If there is an ongoing story, medics will only enter to pick up unconscious people after the situation has calmed down. If the situation drags on longer than it should, medics can call the police to the area to suppress it.

24. If medics enter to pick up unconscious people during a story, but the opposing party refuses to allow them to take the unconscious for treatment, medics can call the police to the area.

25. When receiving a case, if there are 5 or fewer unconscious people in the area (non-story cases), medics can revive them one by one. But if there is a massive amount of cases, mass revives are allowed at the medic's discretion.

26. When receiving a case, if there are several unconscious people in an area or clothing clearly indicating groups, such as Gang vs Gang, Family vs Family, etc., the medic must assess whether an active story/fight is happening. If it is an active story, they must be brought back to the hospital for treatment.

Rules for Patients and Opposing Parties

27. If the unconscious person is a police officer (City Police) on duty, the medic can treat and inject them on the spot. If the unconscious person is on special Agent duty, they must be taken back to the Hospital or Police Station to receive treatment, and cannot be injected on the spot.

  • In case a city police officer is unconscious along with suspects and no one else is left, and they call for a medic, the medic can revive both sides (The police must cancel the case).

28. If the unconscious person is a suspect in a police case, the medic can treat them at the scene without carrying them back to the hospital.

29. Citizens, Guilds, and Families involved in an active story cannot receive injection services from medics. If there is no story, they can be injected in front of the hospital normally.

30. If someone wants to hitch a ride back with a medic, they must be a citizen or guild without an active story, and the route must be along the way or have the hospital as the destination. Medics cannot drop people off randomly. If there are many cases at the time, it's up to the medic's discretion whether to accept them.

Accepting Cases in Red Zones

31. In red zones, medics cannot issue Blacklists under any circumstances.

32. If the unconscious person is not involved in a story, or it is assessed that there is no story occurring, they must be taken back to the police station in all cases (It might be a robbery case, so they must be taken to the station).

33. If the unconscious person is involved in a story, or it is assessed that a story has started, they must be taken back to the hospital only.

Guidelines During Stories

Critical Rules and Severe Behavior

34. When medics enter the area and begin treatment, those in the area cannot rev their engines, buff the unconscious, or move the unconscious. If a medic sees or hears this, the penalty will be a Blacklist for disrupting medic duties.

35. After everyone has been treated (including everyone resting on beds), do not allow guilds or citizens with active stories to gather in front of the hospital. On the first offense, a warning is given. If ignored, the entire guild, family, or group involved in the story will be Blacklisted.

36. If a medic issues a warning or calls for someone and they do not contact within 15 minutes, the medic will issue a Blacklist based on the offense immediately.

Operational Rules in Story Areas

37. Medics must wait for the situation to calm down before stepping out of the vehicle.

38. Always turn on the siren when entering the area.

39. Medics can revive the winning guild of a fight right at the scene. The losing side must be carried back to the hospital for treatment.

40. Medics are forbidden from injecting guilds involved in a story. If they want to heal after treatment, they must sleep on beds at the hospital only.

41. Medics do not transport individuals or guilds involved in a story.

Duties in Curfew Zones

42. Medics cannot participate in any stories except kidnapping/hostage stories or when police request backup.

43. Medics must sit and wait in their vehicles (Sirens off).

44. Medics must wait for the police to clear the area first (A 30-second countdown by the police) before entering the area.

45. Medics can enter without needing an announcement from the medic agency.

46. Once the police have finished clearing the area, medics can turn on their sirens to enter the area (Considered the medic's entry into the area).
