Curfew Area Rules

Operations in Curfew Zones

1. All curfew zones are designated as non-lethal (arrest only)

  • Citizens have a 30-second grace period to clear out and leave the curfew area.
  • Once the zone turns red, police officers can shoot and handcuff immediately.
  • Lethal Force (Shoot to Kill)

Lethal force is strictly allowed ONLY for operations within the Rebel base zone.

2. Cooperation and Safety Liability

  • After a curfew has been declared, if a citizen trespasses and gets harmed or injured, the government agency will take no responsibility whatsoever, as a clear warning announcement was made.
  • If any brawling or illegal activities occur within the curfew area and the perpetrators are arrested by the police, they will be prosecuted by law without any exceptions.

Curfew Notification Codes

3. Yellow Code 🟨

  • Trigger Condition: Used in situations where it is found or reported that a large group of people (10 or more) is gathering, and there is a high likelihood of a brawl breaking out.
  • Police Guidelines:
    • Dispatch police officers to investigate the area immediately.
    • Declare a curfew zone upon arrival if the gathering is confirmed to be actually occurring.
    • Turn on sirens and clear the area to disperse the crowd.
    • Dispersal Procedure

Police officers must prioritize negotiation to disperse the crowd first. If negotiation fails, elevate the threat level to Red Code 🟥, allowing officers to use lethal force immediately.

4. Red Code 🟥

  • Trigger Condition: Used in severe and critical situations such as bank robberies, kidnappings, hostage situations, large-scale brawls, violence against government agencies, or suspects fleeing into the Rebel zone.
  • Police Guidelines:
    • Police officers are authorized to use maximum force (lethal force) ONLY against those inside the curfew zone.

Exceptions and Special Weapon Usage

5. Non-Curfew Arrests

  • Police officers can choose not to declare a curfew zone (non-lethal arrest style), but they will not be allowed to use Shotguns or Revolvers during the operation.
  • Exception: For "Package assistance/rescue cases" involving 10 or more rescuers, police officers are required to declare a curfew zone every time for safety and effective situation control.
