Opening and Being Opened in Storylines
- The party that initiates the storyline is counted as the party that physically assaults the other first. For example: Party A insults Party B. Party B, dissatisfied, stabs or assaults. Party B is considered the storyline opener immediately (assault doesn't need to result in unconsciousness)
- Clothing at the time of opening or being opened must be guild outfit to drag the guild into the storyline. Exception: If not wearing guild outfit, must clearly state which guild they belong to
- Opening a storyline does not require agency presence
- If negotiations fail, a storyline can be opened in Safe Zone areas — this is not a violation. (Except at the Admin office)
- The party that gets assaulted while opening a storyline in activities that cannot become main storylines (e.g., light repair, Airdrop, pipe repair, store break-in, etc.)
Penalty: The assaulting party will be penalized or fined at Agent discretion. Damage claims up to 300K IC per person
Note: Only applies if the assaulted party didn't counter-attack / didn't provoke / didn't show hostile behavior
Storyline Agreement Rules
- The opener has no right to demand how the storyline is played — can only propose. If the opened party doesn't agree, national rules apply immediately
- The opened party can choose the storyline method. Exception: Methods outside national rules. If the opener doesn't agree, national rules apply immediately
- Storyline date selection is limited to 4 days. For example: Opened on day 1, can choose day 2, 3, or 4 only. Exception: Both parties agree, up to 7 days maximum
- Toxic restrictions cannot be unlocked under any circumstances
Rules for Requesting Storyline Cancellation (Pay to End or Surrender)
- Before the storyline starts (Agent hasn't announced)
- If the storyline or mission has not been officially announced by an Agent
- Result: Players can request cancellation or "pay to end" immediately without conditions or penalties
- After the storyline has started (Agent has announced)
Once an Agent has announced the storyline, requesting cancellation (surrender) has conditions to prevent wasting other players' time, with penalties (Fine of 1M) for rule violations:
2.1 "Direct Fight" storylines

Tie Score After Storyline Ends

tie— neither party pays damages - If both parties agree to play a deciding fight: Play 3 fights, whichever side has more points wins immediately
- If both parties agree to continue: Must play the same storyline type as originally agreed. The first side to complete a knockout wins immediately
Post-Storyline Reward Calculation
Winners receive Agent coins based on the number of knockouts — referencing war spoils reward data
The right to calculate rewards is reserved based on the intensity of the storyline. No compensation will be given if either or both guilds fight dishonorably / intentionally throw the storyline / intentionally don't fight / play guerrilla style / or don't meet the knockout/fight requirements — at staff discretion
